Back of the Building Handicap Accessible Parking:

The front of the building has multiple handicap accessible parking spaces with ramps. Please note: Front of the building access is easier than the back of the building.

Look for this sign near the left driveway at the end of Village Court.

Using the rear entrance: ​

​​Look for this sign at the front corner of our building: "44651 Village Court"  This is our building.

Once you are up the ramp, there is a second ramp to go up to access the doors.

Coming from Rancho Mirage direction: 

-Turn left at the stoplight onto Village Center

-Follow Village Center all the way to the stop sign

-Turn right onto Village Court

-Follow Village Court all the way to the end of the street

-Turn right onto Village Court

Directions

We are located off of Highway 111 on the Palm Desert / Indian Wells city border. 

Major cross streets that are close are Deep Canyon Rd. and Cook St.

Using the front entrance: 

-Signs on the front of the building will say:

"Schantz & Moranda"​

There will be a cul-de-sac at the end of Village Court. Once you get to the very end take the left entrance.​

Look for this door and sign. This is the closest door to enter our clinic.

This is the front entrance to the building. Once inside, use the left hallway to get to suite 120.

Next you will pass a court yard area with benches and trees. Keep going to the next door.
